1. Who We Are
WEBANTICS (“we,” “us”) provides web design and development services to businesses in the United States. This policy explains what information we collect through webantics.tech and how we use it. Contact: hello@webantics.tech.
2. Information We Collect
You provide directly:
- Name, email, timezone, and any notes you enter when booking a call.
- Client portal account info: your name/email, project requests, file attachments, and support messages, if you’re a client with portal access.
Collected automatically:
- Analytics on how visitors use the site (pages viewed, general interactions, session recordings, and error/crash data) via PostHog.
- Company/visitor identification — we use Apollo.io to identify which companies are visiting our site, based on IP address, for sales follow-up purposes. This does not identify you personally unless you separately give us your contact details.
Cookies:
- A login-persistence cookie (
wa_remember) for client portal “remember me” sessions. - A session cookie that keeps you logged into the client portal.
3. How We Use Information
- To schedule and manage booked calls (via Google Calendar) and send you a confirmation email with a calendar invite (via Brevo).
- To operate the client portal — tracking your requests, bookings, and support messages.
- To understand how visitors use our site and improve it.
- To identify companies visiting our site for outbound sales outreach.
- To send you password-reset or account-invite emails if you have portal access.
4. Third-Party Services We Use

Each provider only receives the information needed to perform its function and is contractually restricted from using it for its own purposes.
5. Cookies
We use functional cookies (portal login/session) and analytics cookies (PostHog). We don’t currently show a cookie-consent banner; you can block cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect portal login.
6. Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers listed above, or if required by law, subpoena, or to protect our legal rights.
7. Data Retention
We retain booking and portal data for as long as needed to provide services and meet legal/accounting obligations, and delete it on request where we’re not required to retain it.
8. Your Rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing hello@webantics.tech. We’ll respond within a reasonable time. If you’re in the EU/UK or California, you have additional rights under GDPR/CCPA (access, deletion, opt-out of sale — noting again we don’t sell data); contact us to exercise them.
9. Children’s Privacy
This site is intended for businesses, not children. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
10. International Visitors
Our services and data processing are based in the United States. By using this site, you consent to your information being processed here.
11. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

We may update this policy periodically; the effective date above reflects the latest version.
