Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing webantics.tech or engaging WEBANTICS for services, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the site or our services.

2. Services

WEBANTICS designs, builds, and maintains websites for small and medium-sized businesses in the United States.

3. Booking a Call

Booking a call through this site is not a commitment to purchase — it’s a scheduling tool. No fees apply until you agree to a specific project.

4. Project Engagements

The scope, timeline, and deliverables for a specific project are described in a written proposal or statement of work (“Project Order”) sent to you separately. These Terms govern every engagement alongside its Project Order; if the two conflict, the Project Order controls.

5. Payment Terms

  • Website projects: 30% deposit due before work begins; the remaining 70% is due on completion and delivery.
  • Maintenance plans:billed monthly in advance at $50/month, auto-renewing until cancelled by either party with 30 days’ notice.
  • Invoices unpaid after 15 days may pause active work until resolved.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

Once work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable — it compensates for the time and project slot reserved. If you cancel before work begins, the deposit is refunded in full. Maintenance plans can be cancelled anytime; you’re only billed through the end of the current paid month.

7. Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide timely feedback, content, and access (e.g., domain/hosting credentials) needed to complete the project. Delays on your end may extend the timeline accordingly.

8. Ownership

Upon full payment, you own the final website and its custom code and design. WEBANTICS retains the right to display the completed project in its own portfolio and marketing materials, unless you opt out in writing. Third-party tools, libraries, and platforms used in the build remain governed by their own licenses.

9. Acceptable Use

You won’t use this website to violate any law, attempt to breach its security, or scrape/misuse its content.

10. Disclaimers

Services are provided on an “as is” basis. WEBANTICS makes no guarantee of specific business results (traffic, leads, revenue, rankings) from any project.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WEBANTICS’s total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or a project is limited to the total fees you paid for that project in the preceding 12 months. WEBANTICS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep the other’s non-public business information confidential, using it only as needed to complete the engagement.

13. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement for material breach not cured within 15 days of written notice. You remain responsible for payment for work completed up to termination.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in Delaware courts.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time; the effective date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept them.
